Some history about us
The company group DURENDESA, S.L., is a firm devoted to the real estate mediation and also advising to business investment companies and properties in the whole of the country. Especially, it has strong links and cooperation agreements with different Spanish business groups and also foreigner ones working in all the business áreas.
Our early stages were in the 80's, and our geographical area was the metroplitan area of Barcelona; we managed industrial plots, comercial locals and warehouses for logistic use.
In the middle 90's, we began our activity in Majorca with an emphasis on the management of industrial and urban properties, as well as buildings; we achieved sale transactions such as the sale of the Industrial complex YANKO in Inca, the emblematic building CAN MIR in the Avenida Alejandro Rossello in Palma de Majorca, or the ground floor of the well known building the Iberia Building, next to the Plaza de España, in the city of Palma de Mallorca, too.
In the late 90´s, Durendes y Asociados, S.L. creates the Department of Residential Area dedicated to take charge of the large demand of housing, as our experience and commitment towards our customers makes it necessary to address such social segment. DURENDESA was born like that, with a profesional team committed to provide a service based on personal treatment and transparency.
